Bye Bye! started at our kitchen table, where our seven- and eleven-year-old daughters filled sheets of paper with strange, funny characters—and began imagining ways to play with them.
Their drawings became the foundation of the deck. As a family, we kept playing, testing, and shaping their ideas into the matching mechanic, rules, and four formats you see today. The finished cards may look different now, but the imagination at the heart of Bye Bye! is still theirs.
